Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable back-end systems, APIs, and databases.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server logic.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design planning.
Work with the DevOps team on CI/CD and deployment automation.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, or Go; experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR) is a strong plus.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
