Python Developer

Syfton Innovations is looking to hire a motivated Junior Python Developer with at least 1+ year of experience to work on the development and maintenance of CRM software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python fundamentals and a willingness to grow in a collaborative development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based CRM applications
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Work on backend development and basic API implementation
• Debug, test, and resolve issues in existing applications
• Collaborate with senior developers and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Follow coding standards and documentation practices

Required Skills & Qualifications (Entry Level)

• Strong foundation in Python programming
• Basic knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git / version control systems
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Exposure to CRM or ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS basics)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
