We are seeking a skilled Python developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience and a passion for writing clean, efficient code. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with driven professionals and make a tangible impact on one of our top customer’s success stories. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications aligned with business objectives. Design, implement, and optimize MySQL databases to support application requirements. Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and reliability. Contribute to system architecture discussions and the selection of appropriate technologies. Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively through both written and verbal channels. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of professional experience in Python development. Strong understanding of MySQL and relational database concepts. Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—critical for working in our customer's collaborative environment. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work arrangement based in Delhi. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused teams. Exposure to modern Python frameworks and libraries.
