Senior Python Developer (Financial Services) Minimum experience level required 10 years Skill: Python, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Django/Flask, asyncio, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Kafka, RabbitMQ Level: SSE (Sr. Software Engg) Location: Remote currently (Pune & Mumbai for new projects.) We are looking for candidates who can relocate to Mumbai or Pune later o n. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on Python. Demonstrable experience within the financial services industry Expert-level proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Django/Flask, asyncio). Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. Proven experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience with real-time data processing and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mind. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and financial concepts rapidly and independently. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
