Python Developer

This role involves close collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, high-performance backend solutions.

Key Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in Python backend development
• Hands-on experience with Python frameworks:
• Django
• Flask
• FastAPI
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Proficiency with SQL & NoSQL databases:
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• MongoDB
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure database integrity, performance, and scalability
• Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile ceremonies
• Contribute to building secure, reliable, and production-ready systems

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong background in backend engineering and API design
• Experience working on production-grade applications
