Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask) and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of backend and frontend technologies, and the ability to deliver robust, scalable web applications in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and React.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver optimal solutions
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and propose improvements to existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with Python and React.js
• Strong proficiency in Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Proficiency with databases: SQL and/or NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
