Python & AWS Architect

A Python & AWS Architect plays a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications and infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Python as the primary development language.

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design:

Design and implement robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures leveraging various AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, Terraform).

• Python Development:

Lead the development of cloud-native applications and microservices using Python, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Implement and manage cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration.

• CI/CD Pipeline Design & Implementation:

Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate application deployments and infrastructure changes.

• Security & Compliance:

Ensure the security of cloud environments and applications, implementing best practices for identity and access management (IAM), data encryption, network security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Performance Optimization & Monitoring:

Optimize application performance and resource utilization on AWS, implementing monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, X-Ray) to ensure system health and identify issues.

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on AWS best practices, Python development techniques, and cloud-native architectural patterns.

• Troubleshooting & Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS infrastructure and Python applications.

• Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and product managers, to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Architect or Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Python and AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
• Extensive experience with Python development, including frameworks and libraries relevant to cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional) are often preferred. 

Strong python dev with hands on exp in web applications and API dev using frameworks – django or flask or fast api
