About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Developer to design and implement advanced automation workflows for job application processes across multiple web platforms. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in automating JavaScript-heavy websites (especially React.js SPAs), handling authentication flows, and bypassing anti-bot/captcha systems. Youll play a key role in building reliable, scalable automation that integrates with our frontend systems.

Responsibilities

• Automate job application workflows across multiple portals.
• Handle complex login flows, including OTP/email verification and multi-step authentication.
• Implement CAPTCHA and anti-bot bypass techniques (Cloudflare, hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA).
• Manage sessions, cookies, proxies, and stealth browser automation to avoid detection.
• Extract and submit data via APIs or browser automation.
• Collaborate with the React.js frontend team for seamless integration.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable automation scripts with proper error handling.
  

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python automation.
• Expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer (Python version).
• Strong experience automating JavaScript-heavy/React.js SPAs.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication flows, session/cookie management.
• Practical experience solving CAPTCHAs with services like 2Captcha, CapSolver, or custom solutions.
• Experience with proxies, rotating user agents, and stealth automation techniques.
• Strong debugging skills (browser DevTools, React DevTools) for handling complex DOM interactions.
• Solid coding practices with an emphasis on maintainability and error tolerance.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience integrating Python automation with React.js applications.
• Knowledge of headless browser performance optimization.
• Experience automating job portals or similar platforms.
• Exposure to API-first automation (not only browser-driven).
