Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Python AI/ML Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and model deployment. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable AI/ML models using Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, data requirements, and deliverables. Develop machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Optimize existing ML models for better performance, scalability, and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and apply them to real-world projects. Use libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and others to build models. Work with big data platforms and tools like Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based services. Document solutions, processes, and best practices for team collaboration and knowledge sharing. Conduct data analysis, visualization, and reporting for business insights. Ensure model reproducibility and track experiment results using version control systems like Git. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers on AI/ML best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an AI/ML Developer or Data Scientist. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Machine Learning Algorithms: In-depth understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning, etc. Model Development: Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Data Handling: Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature extraction, and data normalization. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Version Control: Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with large datasets.
