Job Title: Online Bidder (Upwork) Location: Kolkata (WFO) Experience Required: 1-2 years in Online Bidding (Upwork) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience on Upwork , with a proven track record of winning projects and establishing long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying and securing potential projects, managing bids, and contributing to the growth of our client base. Key Responsibilities: Bid on Relevant Projects: Actively search and bid on projects that align with the company's expertise on Upwork. Client Communication: Write compelling proposals, ensuring they are tailored to the client's requirements. Maintain professional communication with potential clients throughout the proposal and negotiation process. Proposal Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase the chances of winning bids, including competitive pricing, detailed solutions, and highlighting relevant experience. Track Progress: Keep track of ongoing projects, ensure timely submissions, and follow up with clients post-proposal submission. Build Relationships: Establish rapport with potential clients and nurture long-term business relationships. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and Upwork platform changes, ensuring bids are competitive and aligned with client needs. Report & Analytics: Provide regular reports on bid performance, client interactions, and success rates to the team. Collaborate: Work closely with the project and delivery team to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes post-bid. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork . Upwork Proficiency: Solid knowledge of the Upwork platform, proposal writing, and project bidding strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft personalized proposals that stand out. Negotiation Skills: Strong understanding of client negotiation processes and the ability to close deals effectively. Attention to Detail: Ability to understand client requirements and match them with the company’s expertise. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple bids and projects at once. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative to grow the business.
