Job Title: Online Bidder (Upwork & Fiverr Expert)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Actively search and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Fiverr, and other online platforms in the IT and Digital Marketing domain.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and craft tailored proposals that align with their needs.
  • Proposal Writing: Create well-crafted proposals, keeping in mind the project’s scope, timeline, and budget. Highlight our company’s strengths and past successful projects.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and projects that align with the company's services, ensuring a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide consistent communication and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Once a project is secured, hand over the details to the respective teams (IT/Digital Marketing) and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors on Upwork/Fiverr and other platforms to keep up with trends and best practices. Adjust bidding strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT (software development, mobile apps, web development) and Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
  • Proposal Writing: Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to write compelling proposals.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate pricing and terms effectively.
  • Client Focused: Experience in managing client relationships and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple bids/projects simultaneously.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, Upwork and Fiverr dashboard, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus
