Online Bidder (Upwork)

Location: Zirakpur (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: Fresher or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a basic understanding of online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Write and submit proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily reports of bids and leads.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
• Basic knowledge of online bidding platforms.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable with night shift work schedule.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
