Python AI/ML Developer

Job Title: Python AI Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services & microservices using Python and FastAPI
• Build and optimize AI/LLM pipelines leveraging frameworks such as LangChain
• Design, develop, and deploy ETL workflows for both batch and real-time data
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Integrate and manage cloud-based infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Collaborate with Data, ML, and DevOps teams for seamless deployment
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance code through testing and code reviews
• Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and automation
• Document architecture, design decisions, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Backend / AI Developer
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Expertise in FastAPI (or Flask/Django with willingness to switch)
• Practical experience working with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on experience developing ETL pipelines
• Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, ECS, EC2, etc.)
• Familiarity with messaging/event systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ is a plus)
• Good understanding of both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Elasticsearch) databases
• Version control using Git
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Prior work with pretrained AI models and API-based AI integrations (OpenAI/LLM providers)
