About the Role

Python AI Developer

You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and backend developers to create production-ready GenAI systems that leverage advanced prompting, reasoning, and orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy

  LLM-based applications

  using Python and Azure OpenAI Services.
• Develop

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  pipelines using Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, or FAISS.
• Build intelligent

  AI agents

  using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Apply advanced prompting techniques such as:
• Chain of Thought (CoT)
• Tree of Thoughts (ToT)
• ReAct
• Self-Consistency
• Toolformer-style prompting
• Implement reasoning strategies for multi-step decision-making and task decomposition.
• Integrate external APIs, tools, and business logic into agentic workflows.
• Deploy scalable LLM services using

  Azure Functions, Docker, serverless architectures

  .
• Monitor, test, and optimize model performance, latency, token usage, and reliability.

Technical Skills Required

• 2–4 years of hands-on

  Python

  development experience.
• Proven experience integrating

  Azure OpenAI (GPT models)

  into applications.
• Strong understanding of

  LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG architecture

  .
• Experience with

  LangChain

  ,

  LlamaIndex

  , or

  Semantic Kernel

  (at least one required).
• Knowledge of

  structured prompting

  and LLM reasoning methods.
• Ability to integrate cloud tools, APIs, and databases into LLM pipelines.

• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with

  multi-agent systems

  or cognitive architectures.
• Knowledge of LLMOps: prompt evaluation, monitoring, versioning.
• Familiarity with NLP tasks such as summarization, classification, Q&A.
• Experience with experimental prompting (reflection, zero-shot CoT, role prompting).
• Background in building AI agents or automation systems.

Education

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong Python + AI/LLM engineering portfolio preferred.
