Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects. Your role will involve strategic sourcing, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost-effectiveness while upholding quality standards. Additionally, you will manage purchase orders, submittals, and performance evaluations throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Purchase Manager in a construction company. A Master's degree is required for this role. Fluency in English is preferred. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
