Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Mumbai. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and maintain quality control standards. The manager will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Procurement Management and Supplier Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Cost Management
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and Forecasting
• Familiarity with Quality Control and Compliance standards
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
