As a Purchase Executive in the Purchase Department at our company based in Surat, your role involves conducting product research, sourcing new suppliers and vendors, negotiating cost-effective deals, and monitoring stock levels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors - Source material, goods, and services from different vendors - Negotiate the best or most cost-effective deals and contracts - Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplier and stock as necessary - Attend product launches and network with industry professionals - Research potential vendors and compare offers - Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses - Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed - Ensure all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner - Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or rescheduled orders - Attend industry trade shows and vendor locations - Evaluate supplies **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Any Graduate - Experience: 1 year of experience in Purchase - Preferred industry of work experience: Electronics/Electricals In this role, you will play a crucial part in the procurement process, ensuring the smooth operation of the purchase department.
