Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Purchasing Executive will handle procurement processes, including managing purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and maintaining accurate records. Tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and closely monitoring inventory levels to ensure steady supply chains. The role requires maintaining effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to meet procurement goals and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management.
• Proficiency in Procurement processes, including supplier identification, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and vendors.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate procurement records and supply chain tracking.
• Proven experience or educational background in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and effectively manage time and priorities.
