Job Description

Position:

Role & responsibilities

Procure
APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and formulations
as per production needs.
Coordinate with
suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
to ensure timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
Handle
logistics and documentation
for international shipments.
Ensure compliance with
GMP, FDA, WHO
, and other regulatory bodies.
Work closely with production, QA, finance, and planning teams.
Strong knowledge of
IPBP standards, Pharmacopeial Grades,
and
Pharmaceutical Regulatory
requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in
Pharmacy, Supply Chain
, or related field.
15 to 20 years of pharma purchase experience.
Strong vendor
management, negotiation, and ERP
skills.
Knowledge of
pharma regulations and global sourcing
.
Must have experience in procuring for
pharma Formulations, & Raw Material, Packaging material.
Should have managed logistics.
Strong communication and team handling skills.
Must be comfortable working from
10:30 Am to 7:00 PM.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
