Job Description

Job Details:

Monitoring freight costs and maintaining relationships with shipping companies to ensure competitive rates.
Coordinating with CHA to ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
Preparation of export documents on timely basis. Timely follow up for GST refunds and other govt incentives.
Maintaining records of shipments, including documentation such as bills of lading and customs documentation.
Coordinating with vendors to make sure that products are available in the quantities needed on time.
Coordinating with third party logistics companies to arrange for warehousing and fulfilment services.
Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that products are received in the proper condition for sale or use by customers.
Following up with customers to make sure that orders are delivered on time and within specifications.
