DESIGNATION - PURCHASE OFFICER

Should have knowledge of Civil & Arch materials.

1.To Prepare Purchase Order , Delivery Challan , Gate in & Out challan records.

2.To Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock.

3.To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from Sites.

4. To ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate methods of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.

5.To ensure a smooth issue of materials to the required sites.

6.To Manage relationship with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to our clients. Taking 3 Party quotes and compare for best offer.

7.To Ensure smooth coordination with Project, Warehouse and Accounts departments.

8.To Making of Daily, weekly, Monthly consumption report of Materials .

9.Check accuracy and completeness of bill submitted.

10.Invoice Verification for vendor payment & Timely release of others hold & Retention Amount

.11) Site Visit is necessary for updating of Machineries & Materials -weekly basis

12) To visit godown and site if need for checking of material condition and stock updating. Preparation of monthly site and godown reports. .

13) Make all the data entries in to the computer.

14) Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

15.) Implement other work assigned by the Management from time to time as per organizational priority.
