Job Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, real estate portals, and referrals.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential buyers.

Client Handling & Site Visits

  • Understand the clients property requirements and suggest suitable options from our project portfolio.

  • Arrange and conduct site visits and virtual tours.

  • Follow up with clients to convert leads into bookings.

Sales Closure

  • Present project features, pricing, legal, and payment terms in detail.

  • Negotiate deals and close transactions professionally.

  • Assist in agreement signing, documentation, and registration process.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with CRM and accounts team.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients for future referrals and repeat business.

Market Research & Competitor Mapping

  • Monitor market trends, project launches, pricing, and promotional schemes by competitors.

  • Provide regular insights to the sales and marketing team.

Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, site visit logs, and follow-up records.
