Taking 3 Party quotes and compare for best offer. 7.To Ensure smooth coordination with Project, Warehouse and Accounts departments. 8.To Making of Daily, weekly, Monthly consumption report of Materials . 9.Check accuracy and completeness of bill submitted. 10.Invoice Verification for vendor payment & Timely release of others hold & Retention Amount .11) Site Visit is necessary for updating of Machineries & Materials -weekly basis 12) To visit godown and site if need for checking of material condition and stock updating. Preparation of monthly site and godown reports. . 13) Make all the data entries in to the computer. 14) Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports. 15.) Implement other work assigned by the Management from time to time as per organizational priority.
