Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement process for our projects in the Real Estate, Road, and Highways sector. The role requires expertise in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchase of materials required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality materials and services for all projects.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions, focusing on cost-effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
• Procurement Strategy: Formulate and implement procurement strategies that align with project timelines and budget requirements, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials as needed, while minimizing carrying costs and mitigating stock shortages.
• Cost Control: Monitor and analyze purchasing expenditure to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to the project budget.
• Software Proficiency: SAP ERP, AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably within the real estate, road, or highways sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Extensive knowledge of market conditions and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
