Role: Architect Experience: 3 to 8 Years Location: Pune Sector: Residential Job summary We are seeking a skilled Architect with a focus on residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring 3-8 years of experience and have a profound understanding of architectural design and implementation within the residential sector. Key Responsibilities Design Development : Lead the design development of residential projects from conceptualization to final design, ensuring aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with local regulations. Project Coordination : Collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure the project meets design specifications and is completed on time and within budget. Technical Documentation : Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the design intent. Site Visits and Inspection : Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Sustainability Integration : Incorporate sustainable design principles into architectural projects to promote energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. Software Proficiency : AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray Key Requirements Experience : 3-8 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on residential real estate projects. Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field. Specialization : Specialization in architectural design with an emphasis on residential projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience in sustainable and green building designs. Membership in relevant architectural professional bodies.
