Purchase Manager

SP3 Technologies LLP is seeking a highly organized and experienced Procurement / Purchase Manager to oversee and optimize our procurement processes. This in-office role is crucial for ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining strong vendor relationships within the Procurement & Purchase category. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving efficiency and value within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage the entire procurement cycle, including sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, and contract management.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine purchasing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Analyze market trends and anticipate changes that may impact procurement activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills:

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
