With 2000 acres of certified organic farms, we produce a variety of organic products including spices, cereals, pulses, edible oils, dry fruits, jaggery, sugar, and medicinal herbs. We are actively involved in IPM & PR free farming and have a network of over 5000 farmers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager located in Sanchore, Rajasthan. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of organic products, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing purchasing processes to support the company's organic farming initiatives. Qualifications Strong negotiation and communication skills Experience in procurement and supply chain management Knowledge of organic farming practices and certifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field Certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus Show more Show less
