Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international markets for organic food products (Spices, Herbs, Superfoods, etc.).
• Handle end-to-end export operations: documentation, compliance, logistics, and payment follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and agents.
• Achieve export sales targets and ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor global organic food market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with production, certification, and quality teams for export requirements (NOP, EU, India Organic, etc.).
• Attend international trade fairs and exhibitions to generate new business leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  5 years

  of proven experience in export sales (organic/agro/food industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  export documentation, INCOTERMS, LC, and international trade compliance

  .
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Familiarity with

  organic certifications

  (NOP, EU, APEDA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Result-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual package: ₹6 – 15 Lakh (depending on experience & performance).

Qualifications

• B.Sc. (Agriculture) + MBA (International Business / Marketing)

  OR

• BBA + MBA (International Business / Marketing)

  OR
• Equivalent degree with specialization in

  Agri-Business, Food Technology, or Export Management

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  export documentation, INCOTERMS, LC, and trade compliance

  .
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written); additional foreign language will be a plus.
