The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of organic products, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing purchasing processes to support the company's organic farming initiatives. Job Profile: Export Manager – Organic Food Position: Export Manager Industry: Organic Food / Agri Commodities Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Export Sales / International Business (preferably in Organic Food / Spices / Agro Products) Location: [Your Location / Flexible] Annual Package: ₹6 – 15 Lakh (based on experience & performance) Key Responsibilities Develop and manage international markets for organic food products (Spices, Herbs, Superfoods, etc.). Handle end-to-end export operations: documentation, compliance, logistics, and payment follow-ups. Build strong relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and agents. Achieve export sales targets and ensure timely shipments. Monitor global organic food market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with production, certification, and quality teams for export requirements (NOP, EU, India Organic, etc.). Attend international trade fairs and exhibitions to generate new business leads. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales (organic/agro/food industry preferred). Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, LC, and international trade compliance . Good communication skills in English (written & spoken). Familiarity with organic certifications (NOP, EU, APEDA, etc.) will be an added advantage. Result-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently. Compensation & Benefits Annual package: ₹6 – 15 Lakh (depending on experience & performance). Incentives / Sales commission for exceeding targets. (Agriculture) + MBA (International Business / Marketing) OR BBA + MBA (International Business / Marketing) OR Equivalent degree with specialization in Agri-Business, Food Technology, or Export Management . Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, LC, and trade compliance . Excellent command of English (spoken & written); additional foreign language will be a plus.
