- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely supply of materials
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and stores to prevent stock-outs
- Ensure procurement complies with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Analyze market trends, raw material prices, and supplier performance for informed decision-making
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, cost reports, and purchase documentation
- Lead a team of procurement executives and coordinate cross-functionally with production, QA, and finance teams
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and supplier development
- Ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues and disputes
