1. Candidate Should have a bachelors degree in science (B.SC) or Engineering (B.E).
2. Should have minimum work experience of 15-20 years in field.
3. Should be experience in oversee all aspects of a plant production facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, meeting, produc tion targets, and maintaining a safe work environment.
4. Should have strong leadership and management skills to effectively guide and motivate a team.
5. Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and safety regulation.
6. Should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, management.
1. Coordinate all aspects of plant operation, including production, maintenance, quality control and logistics.
2. Plan and schedule production activities, ensuring that production targets are met and that the plant operation efficiently.
3. Manage resources, including personnel, equipment and material to optimize production and minimize costs .
4. Ensure that products meet quality standards and that processes are in compliance regulatory requirement.
5. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure that production goals are met.
