Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Development for automotive components such as
Sheet Metal, casting, Turned Components (Turn Black), Fasteners, Gear Shafts etc
Costing
of above-mentioned parts including raw material, process cost, tooling, and logistics.
End-to-end
Part Development
coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Support in new product development sourcing and cost estimation.
Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Production teams for supplier approvals and technical clarifications.
Must have prior experience in an
Auto Components Manufacturing Company
.
Strong exposure to Automotive manufacturing processes (press shop, CNC, heat treatment, etc.), Cost breakdown and negotiation. APQP, PPAP documentation is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
