Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with company needs
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and consumables
Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing
Monitor inventory and coordinate with production to maintain optimal stock levels
Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production teams for new product requirements
Track market trends to identify new materials, better pricing, or supplier opportunities
Ensure all procurement complies with regulatory and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, supplier contracts, and pricing
Conduct periodic supplier performance reviews and support audit processes
Implement best practices and cost-saving initiatives in the procurement process

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Chemistry, or related field
MBA preferred
3–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG
Strong understanding of raw materials and packaging used in skincare and haircare products
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
