Job Description

Department: Procurement Key Responsibilities Procurement Management Source HVAC materials, equipment) in line with project requirements. Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms for price, quality, and delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with purchase order specifications, including brand and technical requirements. Vendor Management Identify and onboard reliable HVAC suppliers/vendors. Inventory Coordination Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth project execution without delays. Coordinate with the store and project teams for material requirements and consumption updates. Cost Control and Analysis Monitor budgetary compliance and optimize procurement costs. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely material supply. Market Research Stay updated on market trends, new HVAC technologies, and alternate suppliers. Required Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP or procurement management systems. Knowledge of HVAC components and technical specifications. Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions.
