Job Title : Purchase Executive – Vendor Development (Own Vehicle Required) Company : KEJE Electric Company Location : A-121,H-Block, MIDC, Pimpri, Pune-411018 Job Type : Full-time Experience : 2+ years Education : Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/ BCom Job Summary : We are hiring a Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement and actively develop our vendor network. The role includes frequent vendor visits— own two-wheeler is required. (fuel reimbursement provided). Key Responsibilities : Handle purchase of mechanical, electrical, and fabrication components Develop new vendors for machining, sheet metal, and outsourced assemblies Negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms Visit suppliers regularly for follow-ups, inspections, and development Coordinate with design, stores, and accounts departments Maintain proper documentation (POs, quotations, supplier records) Requirements : 2+ years in purchasing/vendor development in a manufacturing or automation company Good understanding of drawings, BOM, and fabrication processes Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficient in Excel, email, and basic ERP tools Own vehicle is mandatory for local travel (travel allowance will be provided) Preferred : Experience in welding machines, automation systems, or SPMs Knowledge of local vendors in [Insert city/region like Pune, Ahmedabad, etc.] Salary : (based on experience) + travel reimbursement Apply Now : Send your resume to kejeelectric@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Location: Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 27/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 24/06/2025
