Purchase Executive trainee

Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships. Procurement: Processing purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Cost Analysis and Negotiation: Analyzing market trends and prices, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and ensuring the best possible value for the organization. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier information, and preparing reports on purchasing activities. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely replenishment to avoid stockouts. Collaboration: Working with internal departments to understand their needs and ensuring alignment with procurement strategies. Compliance: Adhering to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities. Skills and Qualifications: Strong negotiation and communication skills: The ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. Knowledge of purchasing principles and practices: Understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
