The Moleculez - (Manufacturer & Exporter of Pharmaceutical Intermediate + API) Business:
The Moleculez is involved in manufacturing and export of APIs, drug intermediates, and herbal extracts of high quality for the global market.
1. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors C floating them the inquiry and ensuring to get prices from them in timely manner.
2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost- effective prices and terms C placing the purchase order.
3. Performing inventory inspections, reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately and reordering supplies and stock, as necessary.
4. Updating and maintaining records of prices, orders, purchase history, freight payments, received stock C maintaining database of vendors.
5. Coordinating with the vendors and follow-up to ensure there are no delays and rescheduling of orders C materials is received on time.
6. Attending exhibitions and networking with industry professionals as necessary.
7. Ensuring that the purchase of material is as per the desired quality and specs.
8. Visiting vendors (intra-state) as per requirement.
