Job Title : Purchase Executive / Sr. Purchase Executive Location : Gandhidham, Gujarat Salary : ₹22,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on experience) Working Hours : 8–9 hours/day Interview Mode : Only Personal Interview at Gandhidham – No Online or Telephonic Interviews Job Summary : We are hiring for Purchase Executive / Sr. Executive roles in a reputed manufacturing/project-based company. Candidates with 2–6 years of experience are preferred, but BE Mechanical freshers with strong interest in procurement may also be considered for entry-level roles. Key Responsibilities (for experienced candidates) : Handle end-to-end procurement from PR to PO to delivery. Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices and terms. Coordinate with departments for procurement planning. Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain stock levels. Prepare and manage purchase orders and related documentation. Use SAP/ERP for PO generation and tracking. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities (for BE Mechanical Freshers) : Assist the purchase team in daily procurement activities. Follow up with vendors and prepare basic purchase documentation. Learn to use ERP/SAP systems under guidance. Support store coordination and inventory tracking. Will be trained in commercial terms, logistics, and vendor negotiation. Qualifications : For Executives/Sr. Executives : Graduate/Diploma/MBA/BE in Mechanical or relevant discipline. 2–6 years’ experience in purchase (industrial/manufacturing preferred). Good command of SAP/ERP, MS Excel, and commercial processes. For Freshers : BE Mechanical (2023/2024 pass-outs can apply) Strong willingness to build a career in procurement/supply chain. Basic knowledge of Excel and communication skills required.
