Job Description

Preparing purchase orders, good command on Dispatch & Adv Excel.
Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
Sourcing material, goods, products and services negotiating the best or more cost-effective contracts and deals.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments and received stock.
Coordinating with the despatch team and following upon delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Preparing internal MIS report.
Coordination with active site for their day-to-day need in terms of raw material.
Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing is necessary).
Evaluating vendors negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.
Raising the purchase order and sending to the vendor through e-mail.
Selection of appropriate supplier and negotiating with supplier and strong knowledge in new supplier as well as buyer searching. Create adequate source Supplier identification.
Good Knowledge of Adv Excel & Tally .
Good Communication Skills.
Candidates should be nearby to Kirti Nagar (within the range of 10 to 20 km)
