Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team at Taj City Centre. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, with a strong background in procurement and logistics.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the procurement process from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
