Roles Procurement Planning Vendor Management Quotation & Negotiation Purchase Order Management Inventory Coordination Responsiblities  Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors. • Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement. • Maintain and update supplier information, price lists, and procurement records. • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Accounts, Stores, etc.) to determine purchasing needs. • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of goods received.
