Job Description Purchase Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai , Belapur Experience: 4-6 Years Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Supply Chain) Key Responsibilities • Check and verify all procurement documents including invoices, challans, warranty letters, PBG/CPG, and maintain proper records. • Submit original documents to the Accounts Department and keep Xerox copies for internal records. • • Check hydra bills, take required approvals, and submit approved copies to Accounts. Submit Performa Invoice (PI) with supporting documents for payment release as per PO terms. • Prepare vendor payment disbursement lists as per purchase order terms & conditions. • • • Prepare monthly bank stock statements. Ensure internal and external stock audit compliance. Share unbilled stock data with Site PM for billing plan confirmation, prepare tracker sheets, follow-up, and update committed inflow dates. Enter daily stock in Tally (inward & outward) and ensure invoice submission within 7 days of material delivery. • • • Prepare purchase reports including BSC reports and submit to HOD on time. Maintain project-wise records of invoices, PBG, warranty documents, client invoices, bank stock statements, BSC reports, and disbursement records. Ensure ISO audit compliance for the Purchase Department and support internal & external audit processes. • • • • • Conduct 23 site visits per week and submit site visit reports. Coordinate with Store In-charge for aging analysis reports and maintain records. Perform physical stock checking and submit reports. Prepare and submit documentation related to dead stock and disposal materials. Skills Required • • • • • Strong knowledge of procurement & documentation Tally ERP & MS Excel proficiency Good coordination & follow-up skills Understanding of audit and ISO compliance Attention to detail & record management
