The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge of MEP systems, interior materials, and finishing products, with proven experience in sourcing, vendor development, and cost control. Study project drawings, BOQ, and specifications to identify MEP and interior material requirements. Prepare procurement schedules in line with project execution timelines. Source and procure materials for: MEP works HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical (LV/HV), BMS, Lighting, etc. Interior works Furniture, Modular Components, False Ceiling, Flooring, Partitions, Sanitaryware, Decorative Fixtures, etc. Identify and evaluate vendors/subcontractors for MEP and interior fit-out items. Float RFQs, conduct technical & commercial evaluations, and prepare comparison statements. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for material compatibility and specifications. Issue Purchase Orders / Work Orders and follow up for timely delivery. Manage procurement documentation – POs, contracts, vendor approvals, delivery records.

Experienced in managing electrical procurement, vendor coordination, site execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Skilled in interpreting electrical drawings, handling project documentation, and supporting commissioning activities.
