Job Description

Provide ERP training to end-users, creating user manuals and supporting documentation.
Analyse existing systems and business models to identify areas for improvement and integration with ERP solutions.
Troubleshoot user problems and offer technical assistance as needed.
Provide day-to-day support to ERP users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve technical problems.
Monitor system performance and ensure the ERP system runs efficiently.
Analyse existing systems and business models to identify areas for improvement and integration with ERP Solution.
Conduct gap analysis to identify functional gaps between client requirements and ERP system capabilities.
Generate reports and analytics for business units, assisting in strategic decision-making.
Create user guides, FAQs, and other resources to assist with self-service learning.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) or Computer Applications (BCA).
5 to 6 Years of Experience
