Job Description

Procurement professional with expertise in MEP and interior fit-out works

Study project drawings, BOQ, and specifications to identify MEP and interior material requirements.
Prepare procurement schedules in line with project execution timelines.
Source and procure materials for:
MEP works
HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical (LV/HV), BMS, Lighting, etc.
Interior works
Furniture, Modular Components, False Ceiling, Flooring, Partitions, Sanitaryware, Decorative Fixtures, etc.
Identify and evaluate vendors/subcontractors for MEP and interior fit-out items.
Float RFQs, conduct technical & commercial evaluations, and prepare comparison statements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for material compatibility and specifications.
Issue Purchase Orders / Work Orders and follow up for timely delivery.
Manage procurement documentation – POs, contracts, vendor approvals, delivery records.
