Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other items as per production requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases.
Maintain and update vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
Prepare purchase orders (POs), track order status, and follow up for timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/production teams to avoid stockouts.
Verify purchase invoices with GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Generate procurement-related MIS reports and assist in cost control initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Business Administration/Supply Chain preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in manufacturing. • Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of ERP/Busy/Tally or similar procurement/accounting software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Gondia, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
