**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Oversee and manage all purchasing activities within the organization.
2. Review and verify invoices for accuracy.
3. Follow up on payments to ensure they are made in a timely manner.
4. Order materials as needed for various projects.
5. Create indents and issue purchase orders to vendors.
6. Discover and onboard new vendors while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
7. Utilize ERP software for efficient management and tracking of purchases.
**Qualifications:**
1. A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience in a purchasing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in using ERP software for purchase management.
5. Excellent vendor management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
6. Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing invoices and following up on payments.
