Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor relations, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, inventory, accounts) to determine purchasing needs.
Ensure timely procurement of goods to avoid production delays.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing changes, and new products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle).
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,207.39 - ₹35,813.09 per month
