This integrated coal logistics capability serves as a competitive advantage, ensuring seamless operations for power plants in various regions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive at our Gurugram location. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing and processing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, and overseeing procurement activities in line with the company’s operational needs. This role also involves maintaining effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and supply of required materials. Additionally, the Purchase Executive will collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management tasks
Strong skills in Procurement, including vendor management and supplier negotiation
Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in relevant procurement or inventory management software
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management will be an added advantage
