Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in Kasna, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day procurement activities related to raw materials, consumables, and services.

Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery terms.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production departments to avoid shortages.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up with suppliers on order status.

Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Analyze market trends to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

Graduate degree (in any discipline; preference for B.Com, BBA, or related field).

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase functions.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, or equivalent).

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of local markets and suppliers, especially in the Greater Noida region.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Work Timings:

Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
